How to play
fourrr is inspired by Connect-4, with a twist: when a row fills, the board flips vertically and gravity reshapes the position.
Goal
- Make four in a row (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal).
Controls
- Choose a column by tapping a stone in the tray.
- Grey columns are full and can’t be played.
- Use X to stop and return to the menu.
The flip rule
After your move settles, if the row that contains your newly placed piece is fully occupied, the board flips vertically.
Pieces then fall “down” on the screen again.
Board presets
- 7×7 (default)
- 7×6 (classic)
- 7×4 (fast)
- 7×12 (extended, iPhone only)
Draws
- The board becomes full with no winner.
- Both players end up with a four-in-a-row after a flip.
Tips
- Plan for the flip: a “safe” setup may collapse after the board turns.
- Threats can appear after gravity settles — look two steps ahead.
- On smaller boards (7×4), tempo matters more than long-term structures.
